1. Write a program to send a message in a channel and edit it every second counting from 1 to 10.\

2. Write a program to accept a number and a message. If the number (say n) is between 1 to 3 times, repeat the message send by the user the user n times. Otherwise display an error message asking the user to provide a number between 1 and 3.
